I subscribe to both, and I don't mind C&C being too British-biased, as this is where my interests mainly lie. In fact, considering they didn't even show up until the war was almost over, I find OTF a little American biased!

My advice is if you live in the US or Canada go for OTF, however if you're in the UK or Europe go for C&C. If you can afford to, go for both. However in my experience the waiting time for your copy to arrive from overseas can be................................................ ..............................
