Brass N2S-5 Stearman Update

This is a close-up of the right fuselage fairing structure formed from .005" brass sheet stock. Each joint is soldered in four places.

I drew a layout of all the various wing ribs and sent to a laser cutter so that they could be done while I was working on the fuselage fairings. They are cut in 1/32" plywood. One would be challenged to cut these by hand. This is just one sheet of three cut.
