Hi Del, This probably won't be much help, but Rose and I stayed at the bed and breakfast just across the runway, and up the hill from the hangars. It's called the Stone Church Road Bed and Breakfast. Nice folks own the place and we had a great stay. Ah! to wake to the smell of castor and the sound of rotary motors in the morning.

I have no idea how fast they fill up. You can find them by doing GOOGLE of Rhinebeck + bed and breakfast.

If I can swing a trip for the R/C event this year, I'll go in my truck camper.
