PL: Most definitely yes! I find it indispensable when rigging a model. It can be used as a filler in some situations and is great for modeling small transperencies. It can also be used to repair and fix old and damaged decals. Not pertinent to most WWI models, but I always use PVA to attach kit transparencies.
