PeterL; A++++ for your research and insight and report. Modeling bring us to new obstacles even in the area of our tools. I never had a clue that I would need a de-magnitizer for modeling

I need to keep my tweezers scrapped clean and sharp from any super glue or gunk that tends to build up a magnitism in the metal and when I use some metals for building they just cling to the tweezers. I picked up a demagintizer for about $3.00 USD in the clearance bin during a hobby shop sale.
