Need I remind you and at some embarssment to myself that you too where once a student of mine when you did the hippie trail from London to Sydney? The day you rolled into my palace forecourt in your 5 color lozenge painted Kombi. Proclaiming that you where there to become the best AMS builder in the world. How my heart glowed that day. But I should of known then that you would one day turn on me.
You begged to study under me. You so wanted to master the art of AMS. You even made a windsock pump in 1/144th scale. Or the many happy hours you had making rivets in said scale for those horrid kits of WWII planes.
I will never forget the day I found THAT photo in your wallet. A photo of Herr Doktor Humbrol. How that face made me feel sick. I just wanted to smash all your Tiny Parts. But no I took pity on you and played along. I even let you build in 1/48th scale. How that size hurt my old eyes.
You think I didnt know about your spying? Well I did. Our nights of wild model making passion changed when I found that photo. i couldnt look at your tiny parts from then on.*
