I don´t think there were any other or special military units.
Flying school Travemünde itself belonged to the enterprise DFW (Deutsche Flugzeug-Werke) in Leipzig. It was a "Fliegerschule unter militärischem Kommando" in this time.
Often trainees from FEA 6 Großenhain/Saxony were commanded from there to Travemünde to get parts of their pilot training there.
Therefore I think your pilot Tanneberger was either trainee or trainer himself.
BTW FA A 204 became a Royal-Saxon unit in Fall 1917.
