I think the only Staaken kit to have been produced was a vacform by Contrail, some years ago.
Probably your best bet would be Ebay, although hopefully someone else will be able to suggest something better.
I'm pretty sure this is the only one.

I did hear some time back that Copper State was planning one but knowing Eric- I know he would rather swim the Atlantic Ocean towing a Sherman tank, rather than start such a project!- shame a 1/48 one would be amazing.
