pixel, rob,
bill passed away a number of years ago. his son, willy might still be actively involved, however. last i spoke with willy, he was helping run hiller aviation museum in san carlos, ca sometime around 1999.
say hi to oshkosh for me! been there 12 different years between 1978 and 1991. i highly recommend you take a taxi while there and visit the oshkosh seaplane base - it's idyllic, peaceful and the stuff of aviation dreams. also, stop in at the burger and rootbeer drive-in, located between the lake and oshkosh. tell me if the waitresses there still deliver the orders to the cars on roller skates.
