Thanks for taking the time and effort to publish this (public domain?) work to a new medium. Is UK copyright 30 years? Australian copyright is 35 years, and US copyright is 80 years. I have started to transfer the Battle Below to the web as it is out of Australian copyright by a long shot. But it will take a big effort. Makes your effort with the Woodman book even more appreciated.
