Put me down as a heretic, or at least no true modeller. *I really can't get worked up about whether a kit is dead accurate or not.

And for many my age it isn't so much the kit itself, but the memories they bring back. *I spent most of my time doing 1/72nd and 1/48th (Airfix, Frog, Revell, Monogram, Lindbergh, Matchbox in the later period), but if you offered me a Revell P2V-7 Neptune I'd probably take your arm off (even though I've got a perfectly good Hasegawa one tucked away awaiting some R.C.A.F. decals (but early or late scheme?)

I'd love to build an Aurora *D-VII or D-VIII, or the Brisfit I never got.
