Good morning Dave,
No problem. People here have helped me a lot so I am glad to do the same when I can
Hah, This is funny......I am at the same point in my new texture maps for 103. I am not sure about the weight table either......I am just now getting to that. One thing I have noticed about the FIs is that the stencils go through a dramatic change over the course of service. On 103, they are barely visible in some later photos , so it is likely that we just cant see the table. The markings on the unders appear to have held up ok. These machines I dont think were finished with the idea that they would be in service that long. Hence the fading and crazy weathering when compared to other fokkers. Again that could be contributed to the light colored linen and more transparency in the streaking.
I think the patches are repairs. Probably white, in one photo they are way bright. There is another photo of 103, a 3/4 from the rear which appear to show the same thing on the rudder and tail plane. You can almost trace connecting lines to the blotches...as if they where bullet holes. Thats probably far fetched but you never know. With that particular photo its hard to tell if those blotches are on the plane...or....in the print. A lot of times you can change the lighting values in photoshop back and forth quickly and most print artifacts flicker, making them easier to pick out. The ones in the photo dont flicker.
Terry or some one else probably knows better.
