I still preparing steps for the modeling of manfred first Triplane. So one detail I have also note on the images in later service of 102/17. Its cowling is without doubt different then the color of the streaks. So there is options- as well this is later image this cowling is fade out faster then the color over the fabric. Option two is that this cowling is maybe overpainted. I think this because there is one band on the metal panel on fuselage, behind the cowling in the same color as the cowling, while the rest of this metal panel is in the dark color, some lighter then the streak green color, and darker then the cowling color.
On the attached image I have made red demarcation line to separate ligh metal color from dark metal color as well farbic streak color.
Still in doubt- internal metal frames in black or grey green?
