This is permanent problem with some tiny details. If they made to be accurate they are to small and sensitive to the coat of paint. Best sample is rivets. If you scale down rivet on model scale you get pin point which will disapear under the coat of paint [no matter how fine it is]. In this way I do not take much attention to details like that. I beleive that rib will get into the focus when kit is finished and that will look good. Will see...
