Hi guys, thanks for the replies.
Its 1.30 in the morning, I have to go to work at 6.30am tomorrow. My 2-year-old son won't sleep because his infected ears are hurting too much and we are sitting on the couch watching his Wiggles dvd for about the three hundredth time. Maybe I am getting tired but I am finding myself wishing that it was the first day on the Somme and all four Wiggles plus Captain Feathersword are going to be in the first wave over the top. Or how about they are all Be2 aircrew whose guns have jammed and they are going up against a formation of two-dozen Eindeckers?
The German squadron-leader can say, "Now try theze hot-potatoes, schweinhunds!"
Of course when my son is 16, I won't be able to get him to wake up! Phew, parent-hood ain't easy. Just as well I love him.
