Göring was a coward. He took the easy way out by eating a cyanide capsule someone slipped him before he was supposed to hang. Most of the other nazi bastards who got the death sentence for war crimes stood on the gallows, and in their last words proclaimed their love for the fatherland. But Göring was too selfish to do that, and he didnt want to swing, so he offed himself, just like his loony tunes mentor hitler did.
