The Smithsonian has one in their collection and offeres a drawing set for it.

BTW, before you go insane scratchbuilding on, the HiTech Voison 10 may be a good candidate as a start to base it off of. The kit's still available through Squadron.com and comes up in their flyer every few months for about half of normal retail.
I built it as a Voisin 10 and the kit was a handful, but does build. You may be able to use a whole lot from the kit. I think the big differences were in the rudder and nacelle as well as a different motor.
