Hello,
having read about MvR for more than 30 years i certainly like the idea of a film, even if this subject has been somehow milked, especially here at the aerodrome, to a point some cannot even hear it anymore lol. Only kidding ... i see some great discussions coming up here

.
I am currently only trying (!) to write a book about another event in WW1, and even this sometimes proves to be a real challenge. I came to this from a distant relative of my wife who died in 1918, and took part in a not-so-secret mission that finally failed.
I quickly found out this forum is a gem in hard facts and contributions. So, if "we" can somehow help you with whatever, DO NOT HESITATE TO ASK !
And, if i may say, i would very much like to see your project advancing - any kind of development site or further info would be appreciated.
All the best and good luck,
Kai
P.S. For a "look and feel" of flying those crates i can recommend a Flight Simulator that is currently being made by the so-called OFF-team ("Over Flanders Fields"). It seems to be correct in moving frontlines as well as in the appearance of the planes, down to locations of aerodromes, exact types, colours and pilots during the time. I am not connected to or with this project in any other respect than personal interest. Some examples here:
