Greetings ckloo; First welocme to the "Drome".
The F designation is Fokkers method for identifying D.VII airframes as being powered by the BMW IIIa motor. Eduard say Mercedes in their instructions and it is an error on their part. Check the following links for more details. Yes the Heine propellers with the standard hub or the quick release hub are marginally too short for either the Merc. or the BMW.
