Apart from that it could have flown longer with a better engine.

The letter published in Flight March 26, 1910 is very long on words but much less on facts

The machine has been built by our friend entirely from his own designs, and we understand that although up to the present he has been experimenting with a small horse-power engine, the results given by this are so satisfactory that with a higher horsepower he anticipates being able to make long and consecutive flights.

Apparently there was no flight till the letter was published, otherwise it was surely mentioned in this letter, which seems to be written by the seller of the engines used in this machine.
In actual fact the first flight in India was made on December 10, 1910 in a Blériot Type XI piloted by Mr. Davies. More information on the first flight(s) in India is
here.
The odds are that this Indian Biplane disappeared without flying at all, leaving no trace into Indian history. Looking at the published picture of the machine, the undercarriage looks decidedly very weak, sothat it may have already cracked on taxying around. If it had flown, before December 10, 1910, there would be more letters published in Flight.
