sorry about the problem with the printer
what program are you using to print the decals? dose it have printer setting or page set up?? i use Microsoft pub or GIMP ,GIMP IS A FREE DOWN LOAD AND IT'S A FULL PROGRAM! I don't know about the Cannons printers or it's drivers but down load your printers new drivers from Cannon even if it is new! { i have seen vidio card drivers fresh from the factory with a 2 year old drivers on the disk}ALSO check your printer property's for hight res printing mine starts at 300dpi and finishes at 1200dpi .. please let me know about what you find out or have fixed the problem and post it here
