Aufsteigender Fesselballon'. The difficulty with Sütterlin is that it is handwritten, sothat some letters are individual variations of the example letters in the given table.
You can clearly see the (small) difference in writing of the third letter (f) and the fourth (s), which look quite close but are different letters!
Congratulations on reaching the name of the place, is always the most difficult issue. Very good you made it
