Starting at the back, ( where else ! ) . These are the main metal work parts that I got arround to photoghaphing....I have only recently gone digital....All the bits are (aircraft spec S510 ) mild steel sheet & MS bar etc,. as specified on the drawings. I use Oxy/accetelene welding.....a lot of parts like the Front Outrigger (tailboom ) Socket/lugs are machined out of solid bar , 3" dia. in this case !....Ferrules are sheet , roller and welded.
