Thanks for the reply.
I really just wanted to make an interesting painting …I thought about this image and played around with some sketches. When I faced the two Camels together and connected them at the nose it formed an interesting paradox. I think it would make a great sculpture, of course full size with people invited to sit in the cockpits.
It was intense to paint as I drew and painted the right side Camel first and then set out to copy it in reverse. The painting is 4ft x6ft
By the way, the title is “Camel Toes”[ I live and work two blocks from the beach so the title made sense]
