Here's what I've done the past couple of weeks...
Left side in place, minus the under wing panel.
Right side minus panels 2 & 3.
Three cylinders cut & mounted with 3 to go. I bought the Maxford dummy motor then decided to modify it to fit closer to Kay's original mounting. It's going to be quite the exercise cutting the cowling then making it work with the dummy engine.
I are number one...at gluing my finger! The tip on my high flow went bad so I tried the one from my gap filling bottle. It didn't fit right and the adhesive got around the cap.
After cutting the colwing off I plan to make a floor across the inside to mount the dummy to. I hope to have decent access to the receiver & motor by doing it this way.
