Its a $15 postcard at best. There are some sellers/scam artists who are trying to find that one fool with these kinds of auctions. They are like those Nigerian scam artists who spam millions of email accounts trying to get some greedy and foolish mark to help them deposit millions of imaginary dollars in a U.S. bank account by telling them they can keep a percentage. All they need to do is catch one fool who does not know their prices are silly exagerations and they have made a huge profit.
