Very interesting document. I find notable that the second group of tasks, ground stafing and dropping supplies, were considered doable only after air superiority had been gained. I'm sure they were performed during desperate times as a priority, but the point remains that the British considered control of the air over the battle front of utmost importance. This tactical concept explains and justifies the British constant aggressiveness.
