On a disappointing note, you can dive the Albatros D.V to 300kph and pull out if your careful. If you try this with the SE5a, you'll over-rev your engine and it will die. It doesn't matter if your Woolsey Viper is at full revs, idle or turned off, push it up towards 300kph and its stuffed.
This sadly means that even the D.V in ROF can outdive it...

I cant dive Albatros to 300kph without engine dieing. 300kph is limit (in albatros) where you lose ailerons. SE5a can do slightly over 350kph without damaging it (except engine which dies too fast)
