Here are a few photos of the fuselage before I close it up.....The veneer strip effect was achieved by brush painting wood color (Model Master) in different shades by adding white..... on clear decal film....do not worry about coverage...just slap it on & move it around...let it dry overnight & cut into strips & apply...........
This is what I like to call subtly overdone, without doing so...you would never see any of this once the fuselage is closed up....
The exterior with a few PART photo-etched doodads counter sunk into the plastic....
I wish I had checked these photos before I closed up the fuselage.....Not the best............
