I think the Martinsyde Elephant would make a good kit. Probably best in 1/4 scale since it is pretty large. Lots of wing with dihedral and easy to cool the engine unlike a Pfalz DIII. It would be easy to balance and a nice easy flyer. Plenty of color schemes and markings too. I like the Phoenix DI,II also and am considering building one in 1/3 scale. It would make a nice 1/4 scale kit too.
