Yes the Panels are the same on the EV & DVIII. The wing as WFLy2 mentions was the same. After the premature Wing Failures due to quality control problems at eh factories namley internal gluing and varnishing where moisture had been allowed to get inside the wings and delaminated the glues causes the structural failures. After Grounding the Type the WIngs were replaced with more carefully built wings and internally stiffened, but to reassure pilots that the problem had been addressed and fixed they changed the aircrafts designation from Fokker E.V to Fokker D.VIII. SO pliots would dare get in one and fly them.

THe missing panel line as you can see from WFly2's photos Koloman Meyers accurate build would be from the inside edge of the Ailerons from the trailing edge to the leading edge panel chordwise.
