Thomas, you just about named my entire line up. Looks like a Pfalz D111 may have to go on the boards! I plan on a phoenix D1or 2, Ansaldo sva 5 or a1 and a Hanriot and we will see about the Pfalz I do like the hansen mentioned.
The stuff I have heard about AZMA has not been good. I am suprised he is still in business. I have never done any business with them so I will hold out judgement.
