I also thought up a device that would lose the need to use wheel chocks (for ultralights ).Its basically two thin metal plates (1 ft long 3 in. wide) that leaves enough opening for the front of the wheel.Between the metal plates are angled metal to "lock" the wheels of forward movement. When ready to taxi, there would be a slide (just like a drawer) and lever it forward and your ready to go!
So is it a good device?
BTW,I call it a wheel brace device.
EDIT: I just noticed! When I looked at a larger version of the pic I noticed that the controls is a bicycle handle,SWEEET!! Anyone know how it worked?
