There are a couple of free ones like freelook that will let you get some idea of what is possible. I balked at paying a lot so ended up with a very low priced product called cymouse (I got mine for $30). That comes complete with its own head mount and is a bit like an optical mouse being strapped to your head. If you dont mind looking totally nerdy and ridiculous you can have some fun with it and it is quite steady although probably not as flexible as the true TrackIR would be.
