It’s a Kaiserliche Werke seaplane, but I am somewhat confused about designation. It seems to be KWW type CHFT (#947) but Pawlas shows the same picture identified as KWK type CFT. The 4 bladed propeller implies a 220 hp model consistent with the KWW identification, and this also agrees with other sources.
