That is the Martin Biplane of 1910.

Glenn L. Martin had built a Curtiss type Pusher in 1909 with Ford engine with which he tought himself to fly. In 1910 followed another machine (the one pictured) with slightly larger upper wing, interplane ailerons, a triangular stabilizer at the front rudder and a 50 hp Curtiss engine with wich he set up a few flight records of distance, duration and altitude in 1910.
(sometimes this is mentoined to be the 1909 type)

Later versions of 2 or 3 similar machines built had at least two stabilizers mounted below and above the elevator at the front.
