Since complaints come so quickly (I know, and have done the same) so should thanks, well-dones and positives. Wanted everyone to know that I got immediate responses from Tom and Sean regarding the questions I raised. I mean within 30 minutes Tom had written, and by morning, so had Sean.

They are clearly working to move things in the right direction, and should be congratulated.
