Not a single attempt here?!
The machine has some resembalance to the monoplane of Bronislaw Głowiński built in Tarnopol 1911. But there are also a few differences, not only the inverted triangular fuselage and the supporting 'skids' at the wings.
And judging from the scenery this "déjeuner" probably took place far away from Lemberg (today Львів/Lwiw in Ukraine).
