Looking again it the picture and the extra information, then a likely candidate can be the
Eindecker of
Hanuschke Flugzeugbau of 1910. This was a 'classical' Hanuschke machine with the pilot seating under the wing as appears in this picture. Engine was a 3-cylinder Anzani of about 18 hp.
There was already a Hanuschke in the Pre-1914 Challenge, but that one was from 1912 (Populaire II).
