Hi Bob. Here's what i found:
Squadron.com
Looking at the other sets at Squadron, sizes 61 to 80 apparently range from .016 to .039. It doesn't specify whether those specs are metric or US standard, but since the vice specs show metric I'm hoping that the bits are as well.
Still got a few TMJ canvas prints left.
