This machine is the 1909 glider known (today) as Coanda-Joachim-Caproni, which was designed and built in Liege ('Luik') - Belgium - in 1908.
Coanda designed the machine, Joachim built it in his workshops and Caproni was called the 'mate' of Coanda [he himself stated that he did not contribute to the machine).
Photoshopped away is the identification of the machine on the rudder, which reads Coanda-Joachim. It is reported that tests with the machine were conducted in the summer-autumn 1909 in Liege. Caproni said in 1935 that the glider was built in 1908 and that it was tested satisfactory in the Ardennes.
The machine can be identified as a biplane glider with identical unstaggered wings and relatively short tailbooms. The machine had a skid landing gear where the start was done on a four-wheel trolley.
