The picture says wrong!
"Fokker DrVII" didn't exist to my knowledge.
Fokker built Dreideckers with three wings, their designation was Fokker Dr.I.
Fokker built Doppeldeckers with two wings, the scouts were called Fokker D.I, D.II, D.III, D.IV, D.V, D.VI, and for our purposes, Fokker D.VII.
Just tell the picture that it's wrong and be done with that.
