The Dawn Patrol Fly In was its usual wonderful event. Let me say that it was an honor and a pleasure to meet Steve and Lieutenant Dwight Rudder. These two men really know their stuff and Dwight Rudder is a genuine aviator. He has the right stuff.

Also had the honor of meeting Doggy Cline and his SE5. I was told he began flying in 1934 and his first plane was a Curtis P1.

Dwight, when I get my films developed I'll try to post some on the forum so everyone can see what a great event it was.

Too bad the German Infantry captured you and did their best to get you drunk. Talk about war criminals.
