Hello All,

Long time reader, first time "poster"

Does anyone know if there are technical drawings available for the 50hp(omega), 70hp(gamma), or the 80hp(lambda) Gnome rotary engines. I have seen the 80hp LeRhone drawings from Leo at WW1, thats what I'm looking for. I would really appreciate any and all information that's out there.

Thanks!!

Aerobuilder,

welcome - in answer to your first post, I have the attached cross section of the 50 horse Gnome and a couple of illustrations of the crankcase halves and the connecting rod assembly. Not much but hopefully someone else will have far more.

You can have a better scan if these drawings are of any use to you.

Mike

mmm - something funny going on here if you click on the funny white line underneath the text, the picture comes up - strange.
