Allied? Aircraft shot destroyed 1917

I would suggest that this aircraft was shot down near an airfield or behind the lines given the relaxed atmosphere--I dont know what it says in German on the back apart fromthe date can anyone help? This is the best image I can get it to and it does it a lot of justice I can tell you.

Hey Hey Look At This Just One More Time

I think I have cracked some of the German on the back and under closer scrutiny found cross patees on the wings.

I believe the reference is to a crash "over our position near Verdun" The date given related to Ltn.Hugo Heine if the date is correct 21.8.17 is correct. Any information on him would be very welcome. Thanks a lot and cheerio!!!!!

Very nice postcard! What can one say?... "Die Engländer gekommen!" (And go boom!)
Do you own the originals?
