Hi,

Does anyone know to which seaplane units this plane had made it before the end of the war ?

Thanks and best from Regulus

Hello Regulus!

According to my sources only three aircraft of this type were produced before EOW. The first flight of the Junkers CLS.1 was on 23.10.1918 and most probably the aircraft were not delivered to one of the units before the 11.11.1918.

Hope this helps!

Hi Volker !

Yes this helps indeed ! Thanks !

Recently came across some information that pointed me in the direction to doubt that there had been only produced three before EOW and it was coming over as if it had seen active service.
I found this very suspicious but of course one never knows...
So it looks indeed, looking at your source, that the plane didn't see any action at all !

Best from Regulus
