Now, in order to anticipate new Forumites' frequent questions, here's a quick list of answers:

1) Popkin likely did it; Brown was never in position.
2) Bishop likely DIDN'T do it; he didn't even know where he'd been (!)
3) Luke did most of it, and died in the process.
4) Bill Clinton definitely DID do it but a few Forumites think he's a fine human being anyway.
