I assume you mean Galvin as in your other post. There are a couple of photos at
http://www.earlyaviator.com/archive/walsh/. A weird French machine with the engine and propellor amidships in a divided fuselage. Specs according to Davila and Soltan: l, 7.2 m; h, 2.3 m; span 8 m, speed 200 km/hr. It may have flown in 1919.
I don't know of a source that specializes in WWI floatplane fighters.
