According to a contemporary German book about airwar this state did not own aircraft when the war started. Reportedly some French airplanes, pilots and mechanics stepped into the army of Montenegro later. Donīt think that this did last long because the Middle Powers occupied the area after some fighting.

Montenegro

Hello Manfred, Rammjaeger is correct, the Montenegrin Army had no aircraft of its own. And no pilots that I am aware of. Serbian aircraft carried out some flights against Turkish occupation troops in Montenegro during the First Balkan War in 1912. If you have further interest in aviation in the Balkans please check out my five-part "History of the Serbian Air Force," which appeared in Cross & Cockade (US) in Vols.8/2, 8/3 (1967), and 9/1,9/2, 9/3 (1968). These were reprinted in AVIONS Nos.9-14 Nov.93 - April 94. Cheers, August
