Fairey Hamble Baby Con Numbers to Serial Numbers Confliction

I have acquired the data plate to a Fairey Hamble baby, con number 157.

Information from various sources have lead to a confliction of Identity.
Some sources suggest that 157 is part of a batch of 30 that starts F150-179, given Military Serials N1450-1479. This would mean 157 was serialled N1457.
Another source gives the batch of 30 starting at F149-178, thereby making 157 N1458.

I have history (limited on both) but wondered if anyone had a definitive source of Fairey data to truly establish the identity of my plaque.
Further to this, are there any large plans for the Fairey Hamble baby around. I have a set for what I believe is the Parnall Hamble baby, but that this is not the same as she retained the Sopwith Tail and rudder.

Many thanks in advance.

Rgds

Graham,

there's a nice combined set of plans for Fairey and Parnall Hamble Babys in Windsock Vol.5 No.2 from 1989. Unfortunately in 1/72 but you could always have them scaled up.

To the best of my knowledge, the batch of Clerget 130 powered Babys started at construction number F149.

Mystery solved

Thanks to all who read my thread.

Mystery is now solved courtesy of the IWM.

A Fairey picture showing C/n 152 had a difficult to read Military serial. IWM checked their copy and its N1453, so Robertsons series is correct.

As an aside, does anyone know about the Norwegians rebuilding one?

Thanks
Graham
